Please be advised that the period of preferential conversion of CRU tokens into WCRU security tokens on the Cryptounit blockchain ends on June 30, 2021.

From July 1, 2021, a mechanism for calculating the cost of converting these tokens at the market cross-rate with an additional commission will be added. The conversion cost will increase in stages.

The approximate amount of conversion will be calculated using the following formula:

(WCRU cost – CRU cost) + 1% of WCRU cost,

where

WCRU cost – conditional WCRU rate, which is assigned by UGPay Group AG according to the indicated stages:
1-4 July 2021 – 0.1 USDU
5-13 July 2021 – 0.2 USDU
14-20 July 2021 – 0.3 USDU
21-31 July 2021- 0.4 USDU
from 1 August 2021 – 0.5 USDU
CRU cost – CRU rate on the Unit Exchange published on the day of conversion. Determined daily at 12:00 Moscow time from Monday to Friday.
1% of WCRU cost – 1% of the conditional WCRU rate, which is assigned by UGPay Group AG according to the indicated stages, is multiplied by the number of convertible tokens.
An example of the estimated cost of converting 1000 CRU at the first stage (from July 1 to July 4):

1000 CRU * (0.1 USDU – 0.05 USDU) + 1 USDU = 51 USDU,

where

1000 – the number of CRU being exchanged;
0.1 USDU – set price of WCRU in the specified period;
0.05 USDU – CRU exchange price in the specified period;
1 USDU – 1% of the WCRU set price (1000 *0.1/100);
51 USDU – total amount of the surcharge for the exchange.
Important! The estimated transition to stage 3 of the WCRU implementation will take place from 01.09.2021 and the WCRU price will already be 0.8 USDU.
